Group tutoring

Are you looking for a continuous, cost-efficient and interactive training solution for your employees?

Employees from one or many departments can be trained in groups from 2 to 10 participants. The schedule is flexible and can be defined by the group. Training takes place in your company, in one of our partner schools or via a telephone conference.

Telephone conference:

The eSpok telephone conference is the perfect solution for absolute flexibility and freedom. All participants receive a phone call within a previously agreed upon timeframe, sessions are 45 min. long, group discussions are animated by the trainer. Every group member will receive an account on the eSpokplatform. If desired, sessions can be recorded and made available.

Video Conference:

Webcam, chat room and an interactive whiteboard assure a maximum amount of interaction between the group members. Presentations are discussed and worked out in a group, sessions are 45 min. long wherever Internet is provided. Optionally the group receives an account on the eSpok platform to cooperate even outside of the live sessions.

Face-to-Face group:

Traditional face-to-face group training can be provided at any time. Sessions can take place in the company or in one of our partner schools. Group sessions are 90 min. and can be optionally supported by our learning platform to prepare and follow up the face-to-face classes.

Blended learning:

Drastically reduce training costs. Blended Learning is a mix consisting of self-study with a computer (E-Learning) and studying with a trainer. eSpok is specialized in Blended Learning. Group members receive an interactive lesson to prepare and to follow up the live session with the trainer. Up to 50% of the training costs can be saved.

Integrated Learning:

Integrated Learning uses documents and content of daily relevance of the employee. The highest learning efficiency can be achieved as it is proven that content of daily relevance is the easiest to memorize. As the eSpok Learning Platform is completely dynamic, documents can be sent to us and Integrated Learning courses will be created on demand.
