Telephone training:

The eSpok telephone training is the perfect solution for absolute flexibility and freedom. Employees receive a phone call within a previously agreed upon timeframe, sessions are 30 min. long, the course follows the progress and needs of your employees and can be recorded and made available in their virtual workplace.

Video conference training:

A webcam, chat room and an interactive white board are supporting the communication between trainer and employee. Documents and interactive exercises can be edited together, sessions are 30 min. long and will be provided as a recorded mp3 in the virtual workplace of the employee.

Face-to-face training:

Traditional face-to-face training can be provided at any time. Sessions can take place in one of our partner schools, at a public place or at home. Face-to-face sessions are 90 min. long and can be optionally supported by our learning platform to prepare and follow up the course.

Blended Learning:

Drastically reduce training costs. Blended Learning is a mix out of self-study with a computer (E-Learning) and studying with a trainer. eSpok is specialized in Blended Learning. Employees receive an interactive lesson to prepare and to follow up the live session with the trainer, up to 50% of the training costs can be saved.

Integrated Learning:

Integrated Learning uses documents and content of daily relevance of the employee. The highest learning efficiency can be achieved as it is proven that content of daily relevance is the easiest to memorize. As the eSpok Learning Platform is completely dynamic, documents can be sent to us and Integrated Learning courses will be created on demand.
